Healthy Working Lives Gold Award - Having gained Bronze and Silver, we successfully achieved the Gold award in 2013 and were recently reaccredited in 2016. The award recognises our long term commitment to helping improve the health and wellbeing of our staff.

Recognised for Excellence (R4E) – In 2015, we attained 4 Star R4E accreditation from Quality Scotland. This award demonstrates our organisational commitment to quality. Cornerstone was the first third sector organisation to achieve R4E accreditation, when we originally achieved 3 Star R4E in 2011. 

Volunteer Friendly Award - Throughout 2014 and 2015 we successfully achieved this award in all three regions. The Volunteer Friendly Award is a nationally recognised accolade that rewards organisations who deliver a high quality volunteering service.

Glasgow Business Award for Excellence in Skills and Learning 2014 - Our Learning and Development Team won this award, which demonstrates our commitment to delivering high quality L&D.

Investing in Volunteers 2014 - We first achieved this award in 2011 and successfully regained this, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to volunteers.

Investors in People Champion 2014 - We gained this prestigious award, having maintained our IiP recognition since 1995 when we were the first organisation in Scotland to achieve this status.

Chair’s Award at the 2013 SSSC Care Accolades Awards - This is presented to the finalist that the chair of the judging panel feels demonstrates exceptional achievement and excellence.

SQA Approved Centre - We have been an approved centre with the Scottish Qualifications Authority since 1995.
