Cornerstone will ensure that all complaints are taken seriously and we will learn from each experience as part of our commitment to continuous improvement. All complaints will be responded to quickly and sympathetically. We will ensure that all staff, people who use our services and anyone acting on their behalf are aware of these procedures and we will enable complainants to access additional support and assistance to complain if required.
