For some of you the thought of fundraising may be more daunting than the climb, especially if you have never fundraised before. Do not worry however, we know if you go about this in a positive way you will be surprised how quickly you can get the pledges of support coming in.

No matter how you go about your fundraising, there is one vital tool you will need and this can be downloaded below - the Sponsor Form.

Download your 'Kili Challenge' Sponsor Form

This sheet allows you to record your pledges from individuals, groups and businesses making it easier to remember who has offered to sponsor you. You'll notice the 'GiftAid' logo on the sheet and the tick box, if your sponsor is a UK tax payer we can claim an additional 25p for every £1 they donate! So if you get a £200 sponsor who has marked 'GiftAid' you have actually raised £250!

How to fundraise?

Using your sponsorship form you could go round friends, family, colleagues etc. explaing what the challenge is and who you are supporting for a donation and get pledges that way.

However if you are feeling a bit more creative you could arrange events or doing other little challenges to help gain pledges. For this we have created our 'Fundraising Toolkit' that can be downloaded below. It is filled with a bazillion (a really really big amount) of fundraising tip, tricks and ideas to help you reach your target.
