Two days and 180 miles later Team Technip cycled back into Westhill in Aberdeen, raising an amazing amount of funds to support our work.
The 12 budding cyclists from the leading subsea engineering and construction company embarked on the huge challenge in support of our 30th anniversary fundraising efforts.
Team leader, Technip's business development manager, Peter Nellany, said: "We are delighted to have successfully completed the challenge. It has been a long time in the planning and to raise such a fantastic amount while doing something we enjoy is so worthwhile.
"Cornerstone do a lot of work in the community and Technip has been a firm supporter of the charity for a number of years now. With this being their 30th anniversary we decided to really go for it with the cycle.
"It was even better to have people in the office also getting involved as part of a static cycle challenge with 18 people each cycling 10 miles on the static bikes, replicating the efforts of the guys completing the challenge."
Vanessa Smith, Cornerstone's Regional Corporate Relations and Fundraising Co-ordinator, said: "Congratulations to the team for their amazing efforts. The funds raised will make a positive difference to the lives of many people we support.
"We are delighted with Technip's extra special efforts inn our 30th year and truly grateful for their support."
