Mum received excellent care for the team at Cornerstone in Stonehaven. They helped support Mums independence at home and outside the home. This included taking mum out for shopping trips and for a cup of coffee and cake. Mum was very independent and this allowed her to enjoy trip out side the home, with great support from the Cornerstone team. We wish to set up a fund in memory of Mum to allow others to enjoy some normality, have a trip to the shops or for a cup of coffee and slice of cake. Mums favorite was carrot cake or a scone with jam & cream
