E-learning

The Cornerstone Training Academy offers a significant range of e-learning courses which focus on quality, competence and safety. Courses are easily accessible. Our e-learning offers a cost effective way of delivering training in health and social care which complies with regulation and legislation.

"Since joining Cornerstone I've really enjoyed building up my knowledge and skill set through the e-learning toolkit we have to hand. What I love most is that I can do this at my own pace."

Jenna Monaghan, Support Worker

We have invested in a modern learning management system. The system allows us to tailor the content of our e-learning courses to be engaging, interactive, easily accessible and fun. It can be accessible from anywhere, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and across all devices, including laptops, PCs, phones or tablets. Certificates are automatically produced on completion of any course. There is also an additional feature that allows organisations to track and report compliance on mandatory training. Our e-learning solution can generate significant financial savings for organisations whilst still providing a high standard of training.

All of our courses are linked to SQA standards for health and social care which count towards SQA knowledge points. All e-learning programmes are also available as classroom based courses.
