Ryan started his career in Health & Social care as a frontline support worker in housing support services whilst gaining professional qualifications and has supported people in a variety of care and support settings during his career. 

Ryan has also held management and strategic roles before joining Cornerstone and he is very passionate about Quality Care & Support and ensuring people we support are at the centre of everything we do. 

He enjoys working with the different teams within the branch and across the organisation, and looks forward to supporting and implementing Cornerstone's Strategic Plan.
