This service supports people to live independently, progressing towards their specified goals and to support individual tenancies with local Housing Associations.

The Connects Hub allows the Scottish Borders Branch - Support Service, Care at Home and Housing Support a unique opportunity to access support in a variety of ways throughout the week, which can include day, evening, and weekends.

Our history

Cornerstone was first established in North East Scotland in 1980 by Nick Baxter to support adults, children and young people who have a variety of needs including physical and learning disabilities, autism, and dementia.

Care at home (Support Services)

Care at home services (also known as Support Services) allow your loved one to stay living in their own home whilst getting the help and support they need.
