Louise is a senior digital and data leader with over 25 years’ experience in the energy and banking sectors. She brings deep expertise in data strategy, governance and transformation, and brings strong financial and commercial expertise alongside a passion for inclusive leadership and continuous improvement.

A CIMA-qualified accountant, Louise combines strong commercial acumen with technical expertise. Currently a Chief Data Officer, Louise leads large, multidisciplinary teams to maximise the value of data, embed data governance, and build organisational capability and maturity. She has a proven track record of leading complex transformation programmes, improving performance and efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making through high-quality insight and reporting.
