As the first social care organisation in Scotland to achieve Menopause Friendly Accreditation we are acutely aware of the various challenges women who are experiencing symptoms of perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause can face when it comes to their career and the workplace.

The programme aims to provide a range of support to woman over 40, who are either looking to return to the workplace after a period of at least six months, or who are currently in employment but keen to transfer into a role within the care sector. The programme is the first of its kind in Scotland and participants can also access vital support from a dedicated Menopause Coach, providing practical hints and tips around how to manage peri/menopause symptoms.
