This privacy policy describes how we collect and use the personal information of the people we support during and after their relationship with Cornerstone, in accordance with the Data Protection Act and other relevant legislation. It applies to all individuals we provide care, support or other services for, and those closely associated with them (e.g. family members, guardians).
