Our Strategic Plan for 2026-30 is called Improving Lives Together and focuses on one guiding question:

"How does this improve life for the people we support?"

The strategy is pragmatic and realistic but also ambitious. It recognises the environment we are operating in. But it is also confident about who Cornerstone are and what we are capable of becoming.
