From our Ayrshire branch, our 165 colleagues are supporting 94 adults, young people and children throughout North, South and East Ayrshire. We provide tailored, person-centred support for a variety of needs including (but not limited to) learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex mental health issues, challenging behaviours, addictions, autism and dementia. We work closely with people and their families to agree what sort of support best meets their needs.
We are privileged to provide support to people as well as their families and carers to exceed their individual outcomes and ambitions. We ensure our support staff have strong values and deliver care and support on a standard of excellence. We are most proud of how the people we support and our staff have supported each other during a global pandemic, and how creative care and support has been delivered whilst ensuring everyone was as safe as possible during unprecedented times.
Our Ayrshire branch is led by Carly Nesvat.
"The service is greatly appreciated and is a godsend to us."
