About us Our team Senior Leadership Team Lesley de Jager Lesley spent over 20 years leading HR strategy, operations and transformational change in the corporate sector and civil service before joining Cornerstone in May 2022. A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, she also holds a Masters in Employment Law and Practice. Passionate about wellbeing, inclusion, and sustainability, Lesley believes that good work and workplaces improve lives, communities and society. Lesley was chair of a food poverty and health improvement charity for several years and currently sits on the People Committee of a UK-wide health charity. Lesley was drawn to transition into the third sector by seeing the difference this sector makes in people's lives.
