Nicola O’Brien is the Director of Operations and Impact with over 25 years of experience in the Health and Social Care sector. She started working with Cornerstone as a Team Leader in 2010, and during the next seven years progressed to become Service Manager, then Operational Manager. Thereafter, she was successfully appointed to the position of Branch Leader in 2017. As part of her career journey she achieved an SVQ 4 in Health & Social Care as well as an SVQ 4 in Leadership & Management. Nikki held the position of Deputy Director of Delivery before being appointed Director of Operation and Impact in 2026.
